Carlo and his team at Ken Daniels do a great job. My car had been parked for months and the rats had got in the AC and eaten the wiring as well. In just a couple days Carlo got it back to running like new. I trust Carlo, he does what he says he is going to, on time, and no surprises on the bill! Thank you!

This place is amazing. I've had my BMW for 4 years, and started having crazy screeching noises coming from the tires/brakes. The dealer told me three different times it's just the brakes getting old and nothing could be done. Took the car here and they had it figured out in a few hours. New brake pads shaved brake rotors were all it needed, but my own dealer couldn't figure it out. Great service and the car runs like new! Will definitely bring my car back here for service.

This guy really came through for us. We broke down on our way to mexico late afternoon and he had us back on the road the next morning by 10am. He even stayed late that night to get us out sooner. Super professional and well priced. We offered 200 in cash extra to get work done sooner, he made no promises
but also respectively did not take any extra cash. Very honorable. Extremely recommended thank you so much for making our family vacation happen.

Unbelievable. I never thought I'd end up with one of those shady mechanics, but here we are. I never leave one star reviews, but hopefully I can keep other people from getting ripped off as well.
I only needed front brakes, an oil change and a loose heat shield fixed. He said he'd fix the heat shield for free. I was explicit that I only needed front brakes, as I'm selling it and the rear brakes had plenty of life left in them. He also quoted me $500 on rear brakes alone. I get to the shop to pick up my vehicle and they ended up doing the rear brakes as well, and charged me the additional

I first visited Ken Daniels Auto about 3 years ago, and have been a customer ever since. Carlo is the mechanic in charge, and he is one of the most honest and trustworthy men I have ever met. I drive an older Suburban and every time I drive into the shop, I keep my fingers crossed that Carlo doesn't find a major problem that will be expensive to fix.

Carlo is the type of honest human that restores your faith in humanity over profit.
When my car was deemed a total loss by my insurance he went well above and beyond to help me look at understand all my options and not be bullied by insurance adjusters. He even would not allow them to pick up my car until I had a chance to come and collect my belongings (and say my goodbyes).
I currently have no car but when I have my next one, I’ll be bringing it here.

Had many issues with an older vehicle over the years. after being overcharged (again), for 'extra problems that need fixing'. (found out later from 'other' (competing) mechanics wasn't the problem(?)

OMG! I've just picked up my 2013 Subaru, $1,747 bill - $895 for labor! Carlo opens shop at 8am, he called me at 1:49pm to say my vehicle was ready for pick up. There are 6 hours from 8-2pm.... if you divide $895 ÷ 6 hours...that's $150 per hour! IF he worked on the vehicle a solid 6 hours, which he couldn't have, because he called me at 9:06am and told me what parts I needed. I misheard him [obviously] i heard that parts were @ $675... To overbill on hours, and at a higher rate that you have posted is disheartening to customers and dishonest. I will never trust this auto shop

DO NOT GO to this repair shop. They charge a $150 "diagnostic fee" that is not waived and or included in the total repair costs (in the event they repair your car). This is outrageous and highway robbery as most "professional repair shops" will include (or waive) such fee should they proceed to repair the vehicle. Unfortunately AAA referred this shop and I filed a complaint with AAA who also stated this separate fee should ultimately be included in the overall repair costs and they will no longer refer this shop. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!

Just took my new used car in to Ken Daniels. It was my first time at this shop and I needed an oil change, a general inspection, and some other minor repairs. Carlo and his team were outstanding. I never felt condescended to, and I left feeling that I paid a fair price for the work that was done. Carlo's team even fixed something I hadn't asked them to - for free! I am a new loyal customer.

Carlos takes great car of our cars! He gives us honest estimations of what is needed to service our "older" cars. He goes over options to help us make good decisions. He has taken such good care of them, they are still running great after all of these years. Friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and right in the neighborhood, can't beat that!

Truly nice people! I had a flat tire on a Saturday morning. There were no less than 3 tire places within a 2-block radius - all closed!! This shop too is normally closed on Saturdays but they happened to be in open this particular Saturday morning. I carefully drove my car into their shop - - and they completely helped me and changed my tire no charge and sent me on my way. I'm truly grateful.

RIP OFF KINGS. Took in two cars and spent around a $1000. One ran good for a couple weeks then eveything we had fixed started having problems again. Took it to another mechanic who quoted us less to fix what we thought had been taken care of and he told us Carlo changed a mechanism without replacing the pump witch is illegal. The second car lasted a month then everything came back as well. Don't trust these people with your vehicle if your doing anything more than an oil change. We trusted Carlo and had to go to another mechanic for all the same issuse he supposedly fixed.

Ken Daniels is a nice neighborhood mechanical shop. I have been coming here for about 8 years. I had a GMC truck that the dealer kept fixing for large amounts of money, but they never repaired the underlying problem. I took it to Carlo (the owner) and he actually fixed the problem at a lower price.
Its hard finding a mechanic who is reliable and honest, and Carlo fits the bill. I take both my cars here for all their service.
