Family First was established in 2012 by Dr. Kristin Ault and Dr. Justin McInnis with the idea of providing Jacksonville, Texas with both quality primary care and urgent care for injuries and illnesses that cannot wait. Dr. Ault and Dr. McInnis are Board Certified in Family Medicine and graduated from the University Of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler Family Medicine residency program in 2008.

It is our belief that quality health care should be comprehensive and easily accessible. Dr. Ault and Dr. McInnis have deep East Texas roots and look forward to serving the Jacksonville, Bullard, Tyler, Longview, Palestine, Athens, Rusk, Troup and Frankston Texas areas. Primary Care Report

It is our goal to meet the health care needs of our patients by offering quality health care for the entire family. We also offer web based access to lab results and doctors' notes. There are several providers to choose from and specialists providing appointments within our clinic for added convenience to our patients.

Dr. Ault is my doctor and has been for years. Today had to take my husband to urgent care. (Holly Thompson the nurse practitioner) She was wonderful, thorough and works with those who don't have insurance.

Family First clinic is wonderful- quick and efficient service and a caring staff. So thankful to have them in Jacksonville. COVID testing was convenient and the clinic on Saturdays is great.

They were extremely nice and answered our concerns about testing positive with COVID-19. It was so nice to be able to wait in the comfort of our car especially since we didn’t feel well. Definitely recommend this place!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've been going to this clinic for several years without any complaints, so to speak. But today I have a complaint. Hard as it is to get medical attention during these trying times, I got turned away from the Er. Because of no insurance or cash. My wife and I have been surviving off her income alone,as I haven't worked since this pandemic began. My bp is high and now I don't know where to turn.

Friendly staff LOVE the doctors. Everyone of them go above and beyond to help you get whatever is needed. You very rarely have to wait very long to get seen. If you DON'T have insurance you DO have to pay up front but it's not a ridiculously high price. It's starts at 110$. IF the Dr can't help you they do give part of it back. Well they have us anyway.
