I usually don’t write reviews but truthfully the best business decision I’ve made was enlisting the expertise of PGH Networks. We started with them upgrading our phone system in my optometric office making my staff very happy and more efficient. PGH Networks upgraded our server and they are gradually replacing old computers to be more secure and HIPAA compliant. Horrible company to deal with. Sales people smarmy high-pressure wonks with fake smiles who promise you the world to get you to buy their phone systems, but service is average at best. When you have a problem, it takes days for their service to get back with you. Not good if you have an emergency. Avoid at all costs. There are much better companies out there who won't screw you in the end.
