After getting into a not so pleasant situation with my laptop and printer, I am now a lifelong customer of Solinkit. Everyone I spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful while I was in full panic mode and Nathan went above and beyond to help. Fantastic computer and network professionals. Their response time is excellent and they don't push you to buy equipment you do not need. Have had Michael stop in and look at my computors, work on my computors and also explain to me how my new phone system works . He is easy to get along with, dosen't talk down to you even though he is extremely smart. Their prices are reasonable and they work quite fast. He actually fixed a problem with my computors that I had been having for sometime and paid a national company $360 to fix , but they couldn't find the problem. needless to say I am more than happy
