I had a horrible experience with Progressive who I had been with for years. I googled some insurance agencies and called a total of three. I received quotes from all three but there was something special about Mrs A.C. with this location. She smiled with her voice and her personality was awesome. She called me back with my quote and was HONEST. She explained that she couldn't get it as low as what I was paying and the reason why considering my type of vehicle. Every single person who answered the phone delivered impeccable customer customer service, they saved me money on my new policy but what topped it all is that Brandon took his time to explain the policy to me in detail.
