Our goal is to build long-term relationships and become a valued part of what makes your time at home relaxing and fulfilling. Our founder Buck Marsters arrived in Denver in 1999 and began working as a gas fireplace technician. In 2003, he launched Fireplace Services. He also became certified as a Fireplace Inspector, able to perform a Level 2 Inspection, and certify most fireplace systems to be safe and in working order.
He has taken several classes from major fireplace manufacturers and trade affiliates. Homeowners learned they could rely on Fireplace Services Denver Flame to make their hearth and home warm, inviting, and safe, and the circle of customers grew. It wasn't long until more hands were needed to handle things.

Services
Comfort, beauty, value, safety, and reliability-a blazing hearth adds all of these to your life and home. Whether it's a cozy indoor fireplace or an outdoor firepit that's part of your most relaxing moments, we'll give it expert attention to make it work safely and efficiently. Another one of our specialties is the Level 2 Inspection, which we conduct according to National Fire Protection Association code.
Just like your car or your home's furnace, your gas fireplace needs regular maintenance and occasional repairs to keep it running efficiently and safely. Did you know most gas fireplace manufacturers recommend that their products be installed and serviced by a National Fireplace Institute certified technician?
Denver area homeowners have learned they can rely on Fireplace Services Denver Flame to make their hearth and home warm, inviting, and safe. Here are some customer reviews we've received which reflect that trust. Fireplace Services consistently provides prompt, professional services for my real estate clients.
Would you like the reassurance that the fireplace was inspected by an expert with special training?. A Level 2 Inspection by a Certified Fireplace Inspector is the best way to make sure cozy calm doesn't turn into expensive aggravation. Replacing a gas fireplace system can cost $5,000 or more and be an unpleasant surprise for a homeowner who saw that fireplace as a great feature when they bought the house.
If your fireplace glass is not a ceramic type, be extremely careful about anything that might expose it to sudden temperature changes, such as liquid spills. Not only does ceramic glass withstand higher temperatures than tempered glass (over 1300 degrees versus about 500 degrees), it won't shatter when it undergoes a sharp drop in temperature.

I hired this company shortly after buying my home because, wouldn't you know it, stuff started breaking down right after I took title. Fireplace switch would not turn on my gas fireplace. Tech came over, I explained that I wanted to light the fireplace even without power. So they made some wiring changes, swapped out the bad switch, and thoroughly cleaned the burn area and all the glass with appropriate compound. I was quite happy with the work.
A good business deserves a good customer. So yes, get Denver Flame services, but then pay your bill when it is due. IGNORE bad reviewers

Owner was polite, thorough, and seemed to do a great job cleaning my gas fireplace for the winter season. You can tell he's passionate, knowledgeable, and diligent about his work and does what it takes to explain everything thoroughly and completely. The receptionist was equally as friendly and followed through immediately on questions. I highly recommend this company!

Buck the owner is so knowledgeable and did an incredible job working on all 4 of my fireplaces in my home. He fixed one that was broken changed the part out and cleaned it thoroughly and moved the gas logs to the correct position to get better heat. He put in new embers and the fireplace works like a charm! The other two fireplaces were working good but he adjusted and cleaned them out and they work sooo much better. When it came to the 4th fireplace located in my bedroom he told me the fireplace was not constructed to code. It was a fire hazard. He warned me not to use it until I was able to

I am very happy with this company. They provided expert, friendly, and helpful service from the time I called to the time my fireplace my serviced. Although initially the wait was a few weeks ago, I was able to join the cancellation list and have the appointment moved up a few weeks. When the technician arrived he not only looked at the fireplace in question but also the vents as well as another fireplace in the house.

I was selling my home and the inspection report indicated there was a gas leak coming from the fireplace. Denver Flame worked with my closing date and scheduled me as soon as they could. Buck was very professional and detailed. The fireplace looked like new after he did the Level 2 Inspection. He was able to fix the gas leak. The staff was very friendly and responded promptly. Buck was always there early. I would highly recommend Denver Flame for any fireplace needs.

Did not get authorization to do work. Insisted after the fact that fireplace needed to be cleaned and dissmanteled to determine issue. Harassed me constantly via phone and letters to pay for cleaning ($149.00) even though I paid with in 30 days. With their desperation to get $149 in less than 30 days, I can only surmise that the company is having $ issues. Something is not right here.
