To me, having a fireplace in your home, whether it be wood or gas-burning, is one of the nicest comforts a family can have.

Despite all that experience, I would see new and interesting things every day. After two decades in the industry, I decided to expand my professional services and opened The Fireplace Store.

Services
The Fireplace Store is located just south of Denver, CO in Lone Tree. We are a retailer for wood and gas fireplaces- indoor and outdoor, and fireplace service provider. Being full service means we are a one-stop shop for not only purchasing the fire feature of your dreams, but we are also factory-trained service technicians to maintain the burner appliances we sell.
For servicing and cleaning of gas and wood-burning fireplaces, we follow the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines for maintenance. The NFPA states that all fireplaces, gas and wood-burning should be inspected and serviced annually as needed.
For wood-burning fireplaces, this means that while you may not burn enough wood to necessitate an annual cleaning, at the minimum, it should be inspected by a certified professional to ensure the chimney and fireplace are in safe working order.Annual inspection and maintenance can extend the life of your burning unit.

I would absolutely give Casey a 10 on your 1-5 scale. He was professional and pleasant and explained the settings on the remote and how the thermostat effects the function of the fireplace in a clear and concise way that I could understand. In short he was super and I would recommend him to anyone needing service on their fireplace. Thankyou Casey!

The Fireplace Store team are amazing. The office receptionist was very positive, energetic and friendly while making the appointment. Casey as the technician was absolutely amazing. He was professional, courteous, respectful of the homeowner and property. He went beyond the call of duty to help do a thorough inspection, cleaning and explained everything in great detail.
I will not use another company and will ask for the same technician next time. Thank you for a great job done. I would recommend them to anyone with a gas fireplace.

Casey who serviced our fireplace was professional and courteous. He and his team member were organized and clean. It is refreshing to experience great customer service from these experts. I also had a payment question. The back office were also very helpful and professional. It is obvious that The Fireplace Store prioritizes on customer service and satisfaction company wide. Went looking for a new gas insert and mentioned mine needed a new pilot part no one could find. Josh volunteered to contact his representative to see if a part could be found. Instead of selling me a new gas fireplace, he helped me repair the one that I have. It might only last a couple of years, but when I need a new gas fireplace insert, I will be shopping at The Fireplace Store. You can't beat the customer service that instead of making a sale helps you repair what you already have. Spencer did a great job repairing my old unit and I will now be a loyal customer.

Great store, great staff. They have over 30 fireplaces on display (at least that's what it looked like). They were the most knowledgeable and helpful over the other stores I went to. They carry quality products and while they may seem a bit higher, you pay for what you get these days. Who would want to buy a cheap fireplace and have to replace it in a few years? One of the best things I can say is that they are transparent. They give you a price that includes everything, other places said there may be additional costs and couldn't tell me how much that would be. I would recommend

Friendly staff, but VERY small store with very limited amount of fireplaces on display, which were all overpriced. I was disappointed going in after looking at the website, which ended up being a waste of time. If it's not on display- why would you buy it?! Ultimately, we purchased elsewhere as a result.
