These guys lack integrity. Ryan came out to look at my sand filter on a Friday. Said he would send me an estimate for repair. Never did. Sent him a text asking for the estimate. No response. Contacted his brother Matt to see what's up. No response. I get that this is a busy time of year but to totally ignore a customer? Completely unprofessional. Avoid these clowns.

Oh my, where to start. My original pool cleaner sold his company, or client list to these folks in November 2018 so I didn't really have a choice who was going to clean my pool. I decided I would give these folks a chance so they came out for weekly maintenance and by February told me they were raising their rates. Apparently they didn't know that in Texas they had to pay taxes and charge customers for the taxes. I complained and they kept me at the same price - all is well - now I notice that instead of 1 guy coming there are 2 guys coming. Apparently the first guy was a part owner
