I'm moving to Omaha from Detroit and didn't know much about the area at first, but I am beyond thankful I found Cindy & United Insurance Agencies! Not only did she get us the absolute best deal for auto and renters insurance, but she has been a wealth of knowledge about everything from the insurance process, what needs to be updated for the move, ensuring everything is promptly handled and responding to any questions I think of even unrelated to insurance. Connie has been my go to insurance aficionado for the last decade or so….never once been dissatisfied. I buy lots of vehicles and move semi frequently. She is never annoyed by my inquiries of insurance costs even when I check on cars I don’t end up buying. I've been working with Connie Rivera for more than 15 years now - and I've never once been disappointed with her service! She responds immediately to phone calls and emails, and completes service requests often within minutes! Plus, every time my auto, homeowners, business, or other insurance is up for expiration, she shops around to be sure I'm still getting the best deal. On my last scheduled renewal for homeowners insurance, she found me another top company that was going to give me the same coverage for $600 less per year! What a great find - and what a professional and great insurance agent

I have worked with Connie for 6 years or so and couldn’t be more pleased. I go to her with concerns about my coverage and she tailors my policies to my business needs. These are down to earth people who understand my needs as a business owner. I have never been pressured to carry more insurance than I need. However, every year we reevaluate my business to ensure that I don’t have any gaps in case of a worst case scenario. Connie knows her craft in and out and I truly value her opinion. Heck, even the lady who works the front desk is kind and courteous. Great people, great service, great piece
