DO NOT GO HERE. This is the worst customer experience I’ve had in a while. Their hours say 8 to 6. I came at 8:20 on Wednesday morning and no one was there. I came back that afternoon and left my clothes with them. They said they would be ready Friday. By Friday at lunch I still had not heard so I began calling them. After six calls throughout the day I finally heard back at 2:30 that my clothes were ready and they told me they would be open until 6. I just arrived at 4:30 to the place closed. They don’t open until Monday so I now won’t have my clothes for a wedding this weekend. Incredibly

They lost our whole large bag of dry cleaning. It has my husbands work clothes and suits. These were all highend tailored items. They told me someone from claims will contact me and still no reply. I've emailed and called. Our laundry was given on Feb 23rd and still no resolution over a month of waiting. I don't understand how you can lose an entire large bag of dry cleaning. It's upsetting and sad that they haven't provided us with a resolution.
I had given laundry for wash as well along with the dry cleaning. Those were dropped off. I separated and put instructions and separate bags for folding

The manager is an extremely kind and ethical family man who deserves the best. I received excellent service in dealing with my heap of stinky clothes. Not only that, but my college semester worth of laundry was done within a short amount of time. Wash House should be the only option for every person in Dallas to get laundry done.

I have a beast measurement of dress that is the reason I require another person to do it since I am pleasantly clamoring these days. Valuable thing there's The Washouse Laundry to do it for me.
Tip top The Washouse Laundry is only a particular bring. That bargain with. They will come to get your dress by then pass on them to house after they got washed. SO confusing to have affiliations like this. It makes my life less inquisitive. The person if all else fails completing point makes it massively less troublesome by being stupifing and careful

I recently moved to Dallas and decided to give the Washhouse a try. I am so glad that I did. Everyone is always nice and helpful. They always get my laundry done within 24 hours. I'm very picky and have specific requirements for laundry, which are always met. The entire staff is always friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The Washhouse is awesome! And, I'm so glad that I stumbled across them.

Have come here before with no problem, however dropped off my duvet and was told would cost $10 and would be ready for pick up at 6pm. Went to pick up at 6:15 pm and not ready, had to come back 30 minutes later and was ready but now suddenly costs double and they are claiming it is now a comforter. Not only was my item not ready on time they over charged me. Won't be coming back which is sad becuase really liked this place and recommended.
