Sometimes the pick-up schedule can get backed up, but in this COVID-19 pandemic age, or just being in a hotel with no laundry service for several weeks, these guys get the job done perfectly with wonderful customer service.
No lost clothes. Never someone else's clothes. Fair pricing considering all you have to do is leave your clothes waiting for them and then take them back in after they've been dropped off.

I wanted to know where my laundry was going to be sent to if I chose to use their services. Very innocent question in my book. Boy, I was wrong and I will never use or recommend this company either!

I am so glad I found Laundry Limo... My dry-cleaners refused to wash my comforters, always wanted to dry-clean and they needed to be washed. I spoke to Reggie the owner and he was very professional and accommodating. I left the comforters outside on my porch the morning Reggie was coming to pick them up and the comforters were delivered to my home 3 days later. They smelled clean and no damaged was done. I will continue to use Laundry Limo and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants the job done correctly the first time!
