Wayland Personal Physicians is a membership-based "concierge" medical practice. By limiting our panel size to roughly 300 patients per doctor, we have the luxury to provide our patients with the care and attention that we would want for our own family members. Longer appointment times in the office, same-day visits, and easy communication directly with your physician via text, email, phone, and video telehealth.

As a member of Wayland Personal Physicians, you will have all the time you need with your own physician, whether you're at home, in the office, or away on personal or business travel. We encourage our patients to utilize the benefits of WPP Membership to their fullest. Our physicians as well as our friendly and helpful staff all work together as a team to help you achieve your individualized health goals, and to work closely with you to overcome obstacles getting in the way.

Working to help coordinate our members' individualized health care needs is what draws Julie to concierge medicine. Julie completed her program at Salter College. She has worked as both a medical assistant and a manager at a health clinic. Outside of the office, Julie enjoys watching soccer games and movies and loves spending time with her daughter and her puppy.
If you have high blood pressure, you know the importance of monitoring it. As a member of Wayland Personal Physicians, you can use our home blood pressure monitoring program to help us provide better care for you. High blood pressure, known as hypertension, is one of the leading risk factors for cardiovascular disease in this country.

Dr. Goldman is an amazing doctor. He is not only one of the most qualified doctors but has a certain humility.... and a very empathetic stance with his patients. The staff at WPP are a reflection of the excellence of his practice and anyone would be fortunate who decides to enroll in his care. Dr. Goldman has been my primary care now for several years, and when I met him I said:" I need you to help me to live as long as possible" He nodded, and since then, he has stuck to his word. Dr. Smith is an outstanding physician. He is thorough, caring, proactive and very compassionate. He helps solve complex medical issues and manages referrals to specialist with care and oversight. We are two octogenarians who have been lucky to have been, in our lives, affiliated with top medical institutions in the world, from Columbia University Medical School in New York City to hospitals associated with Harvard Medical School in the Greater Boston area. During the last two years we transferred our care to Drs. Frederick Goldman and Jonathan Smith at Wayland Personal Physicians, and have experienced a level of care of excellence beyond any we have received in the past. Dr Goldman has been my PCP for 4 years. I have several difficult and hard-to-diagnose health issues Dr. Goldman is incredibly helpful in treating my symptoms, looking for specialists and researching testing options. The longer appointments offered, routine email communication and the stellar staff at WPP all help to make managing my health issues so much easier. I often feel as if I've run out of options and hope - Dr. Goldman is a great listener and has been helpful in helping me navigate through the times when I am feeling my worst.

We have been with Dr. Goldman for more than 7 years. We followed him through his association with three practices. He is the best primary care doctor we have ever worked with. He takes the time to get to know you and your medical condition, then enlists you in your own care to whatever extent you can help. This makes following his advice very easy. He has a great bedside manner, is willing to listen to everything you have to say, does not follow the latest recommendations blindly and gives you all the information you need to feel comfortable with what is needed. Cannot recommend him enough!

The staff and the environment at this BI extension office are awesome.
Professional, friendly, spotless, and easily accessible. Schedule runs like clock work, with minimal
time in the waiting rooms. One of the few waiting rooms that is not filled with a ton of noise, I.E. televisions going! It's wonderful to have a quite spot! Can't recommend this physician or office highly enough.
