Note that we have a nurse practitioner dedicated to providing additional management and education for patients with complex cardiac disease and we also have an on-site Cardiac Device Clinic for the convenience of our patients. All four of our cardiologists are fellowship-trained in cardiovascular medicine.

I arrived to my appointment on-time for an imaging test which was to be followed by a second test. First test great. Then, after waiting 45-minutes, double-masked, in an enclosed waiting area for the second test, I finally asked if they had forgotten I was there. First I was told I arrived too early. Then I was told my imaging test had been completed faster than expected. Then I was told that the tech "always runs late".
At no point did anyone tell me that you were running behind. If the tech's productivity is a known problem, why haven't you fixed it? Why wouldn't you have patients wait in their

Called three times this year to make an appt (new patient) and no one answers. You leave a message and no one calls you back. I have to agree here with the other negative comments. The reception of any doctors offices says a lot about the doctors themselves. If reception doesn’t care to call back a person who is having heart trouble, the doctor must not care about their patients.

I have been a patient there for 7 years. I don’t know what is going on with this practice. It is a total sham and which is absolutely unexpected from a cardiologist. I could never a get an appointment to see my doctor anymore. They always gave me appointment to see a nurse. Why not call the nurse the “Dr. Nurse Cardiologist. This is a circus 🎪 ! My request stay away from this group. They also lost couple of their doctors and could not replace them. I am moving out of here. It is a risky place to be at as a patient specially when dealing with heart. The words should be out to other patients
