Loved our stay at this hotel. Management was great, rooms very sizable and updated. Rooftop pool was very relaxing. Perfect for couples. You also get a hotel key for all amenities at the king and prince hotel which is located on the beach. Will be back again! Thank you Victoria, and hotel Simone staff!

The Hotel Simone is very nice - rooms are large and quiet, staff is friendly and helpful, it’s a short walk to the beach, and use of King and Prince pool decks is a nice benefit. However, the hotel does not seem to be worth the cost of $400 per night. At that rate, you would expect more luxury and over-the-top amenities. There were no cleaning services in the room even though we stayed for 4 nights. We asked for extra towels and easily got some, but it would have been nice to have the room straightened and garbage collected. The worst thing is that kitchenette in the room is equipped with only

Good location and arrangement with the King and Prince was great. But we stayed there for four days and there was no housekeeping in the rooms and the trash at the pool was not emptied the whole time we were there. The complimentary breakfasts were not worth the free price. Also, we could hear dogs whining all day long. They blamed everything on Covid but there was clearly not enough staff. This could be a great hotel, but it is not.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Simone and were very sad at the lack to attention the staff has for the property and the guests. Our room was not ready when we arrived and waited. Once in the room we learned that this particular room has very bad lighting in the bathroom. Basically a tea light to one side of the mirror. We had to use the lamp in the living room in order to see in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was tastefully decorated and good condition. The breakfast was subpar so we skipped and the coffee was not very good. The roof top pool area is in big need of attention

Exceptional customer service! Amber and Harold and each person we met on staff were all so gracious and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated, equipped with everything we needed, and superbly clean! Reminders of their promise to ensure cleanliness were noticeable. Text messaging with the front desk was so cool and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable, the breeze from the balcony was peaceful, and the complimentary robes were great quality!
