Steve and his assistant are phenomenal! I came in needing an order with a 3 day turn around and when I tell you they came through and exceeded my expectations I mean it! I received notice that my awards were ready a day early. He made the whole process simple and given his expertise, he curated the perfect awards for my team. The Most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have EVER encountered! This was an order necessary for CSN. I ordered a simple name tag on Tuesday, thinking it would take a couple days. I called throughout the day to ensure I could pick it up when it was ready, but was told I would be called when the badge was ready. I called AGAIN at 4:45 to check, sure enough I was told, " oh yeah, it's ready", I replied with ok I am on my way. I rushed over and arrived 3 minutes past 5pm. Accompanied my dad to run errands and we were in need of a plaque for a work of art. Thanks to Google we found Vegas Trophies. We love everything about this place. Steve is one of the owners and is very customer service oriented, gives fair pricing, and consistent high-quality service. They also do very fast (but accurate) work. Paying for products is easy through their website and I never have to worry about having them re-do anything. Bottom-line, great service, great people, can't beat that.

The best trophy shop I've dealt with. I have bought from them for 3 years and this year they saved my event. We forgot to order our Trailblazer award we give out every year. I came in day of and asked for help! Not only did he have the award but told me he would have it done that day. There was a $20 rush fee but that is exceptionally reasonable. It got finished 2 HOURS ahead of schedule! We were able to present it that night because of them. The will always have my business. Great products and customer service! Thank you, Thank you!

Steve and his staff were first class when it came to service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Steve gave me many ideas when customizing our trophies and the proofs they sent me before building were a nice touch. Thet even got my trophies to me 3 days earlier than what they originally quoted me for. Couldn't be more satisfied. I won't go any other place to get my trophies from now on. A+++++

Great service at a very good price! Had my order ready the next business day! Also had a great time talking with the owner when we inadvertently came in just before closing and kept him there 20 minutes after closing just talking. He is a very interesting person and very personable. Don't see that anywhere anymore. My Army Reserve unit also used him several times and he never disappoints.

Only trophy shop I found that's open on Saturdays. That in itself was worth 5 stars. Good customer service. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are comparable to other shops around town, but did I mention they are open on Saturdays? I highly recommend this business. They know what they're doing here!!

A small local business that is very affordable, friendly, and flexible. I have been using them for years for a variety of conventions and they are a great local asset in town. They offer the ability to pay online as well so if you are working for a business or convention and you don't want to pay and be reimbursed, they'll send you a code to put into the online order form where your company can pay.

It was last minute and needed a plaque done within 3 days or sooner so I went on Yelp. I came across several trophy shops and each time I called I was told "I'm sorry, but we can't do it in 3 days". Thanks to Steven Richards he was able to do it in 2 days! Talk about customer satisfaction!! Although he charged me a rush fee it was well worth the money for the fantastic job that he did. Thanks Steve I will definitely recommend your trophy shop to anyone needing your services. By the way, management was very pleased with the outcome!

I am a local business owner who has sent referrals and had a completed previous orders with this vendor. Today he was trying to charge over $60 for 3 name tags because we needed them next day.
Trying to be friendly, I invited their business to a major networking mixer to try and help their business and instead of having holiday cheer, he was very rude back. There is just no reason for that. We are all small businesses and we should be helping each other. I will find another vendor for my needs amd my consulting clients.

I have an odd shape chunk of Alaskan jade I needed engraving work. I have visited other engraving businesses that moaned and grunted about the odd shape and density of the stone. The other business also said the pattern I wanted was too intricate and unfamiliar to them. One business told me it will take a long time to do the engraving. I was told I will have to leave the stone with them for at least 6 months. It took a bit of driving till I found Vegas Trophies. Stopped in here to get my fantasy football trophy engraved with the Champion's name (mine). Prompt service so no waiting. Told me it would be done by Friday and it was done on Wednesday. Great! Can't beat that.
Charge was $8 and they polished everything up so it looks great. They must have had 30 FFL trophies in there so they do a good business.
