My husband and I have rented a PMB from Steve/Trophy Factory for the last 4 years. Steve is a true professional. We, also, had Steve assist us this month with creating a Birthday Plaque for our daughter's upcoming birthday. I order some business cards the other day it was a mistake on the phone number he sent me the proof for me to check it and I overlooked it was my fault but when I picked up my order he made it right and took care of me and the cards turned out beautiful so kudos to Steve at the trophy factory they know what they’re doing and they’re very professional nice quality work also

Not a place for shirts/ hats. Trophies and plaques that's it. Nice people but couldn't get my stuff done even though they said they could. Had to go back after three weeks to pick up my undone products!!

I cannot say enough great things about this place!
I went there to get a mailbox rental
I first spoke to the owner yesterday - then went in today and Wendy helped me to do the paperwork for my new mailbox
They are having a 50% off mailbox rental right now - and it was definitely the best deal in town!
Wendy was so nice and did a great job - she took her time and made sure that everything was done correctly - she is a great employee
To the owner - please know she is doing an amazing job!

Needed a plaque engraved same day. Clerk was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped me get set up. The boss moved my job up and had it done in four hours. Even with rush fee , the price was 1/4 of some other quotes. Great job. Great service.

Had some trophys and plaques for a car show we put together, and Trophy Factory certainly came through, with great quality on the engraving (we had our custom logo put on for our tattoo shop) and they nailed it in a speedy timeframe, will definitely use them again and highly suggest to others.

I had to order several plaques for work and Steve at the trophy factory did an amazing job! He helped me in designing the layout. He even custom ordered a picture holder for the center of the plaque so we could put the recipients picture in the middle, under the tag that listed their accomplishment. On the bottom he used a nice script to list their name and the date. They came out excellent. I highly recommend Trophy Factory!!!

Steve at Trophy Factory is the best. I've been ordering plaques, trophies and banners from him for almost 10 years now. Things have always been done right and on time. A few years ago we needed a custom trophy for a big sales contest we were doing and boy did Steve deliver, the winner was ecstatic with his trophy.

Stopped by on the chance they had the picture frame plaque we were looking for and they did. Since we were going to put the pictures in ourselves we saved a $1 each. From the photographer at home it's an extra $35-40. We got them for $25 each. In and out in under 5 minutes. The owner was very helpful.
I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for trophies, plaques, commemorative items or name tags.
