Angel Floors, Inc. is a small, family owned and operated company. We specialize in restoring, repairing and refinishing hardwood flooring, and installing new interior hardwood, laminate and engineered wood flooring. We started our business in 2005 and are licensed in both Maryland and the District of Columbia (MHIC #92416, DHIC #70106229).
We primarily serve homes in northern Washington DC, Montgomery and Prince Georges counties in the vicinity of Silver Spring, MD. We offer you dedicated customer service and expert craftsmanship. What are the questions customers most often ask you? As a family-owned and operated company, we find many of our customers what to get to know who we are. Angel Floors, Inc. is headed jointly by my husband, Mauricio Antonio ("Tony") and me, Roxana. We started very small in Spring, 2005. We now have three skilled and experienced teams for handling floors of all types and ages.
Appointments to view your project site and provide a free estimate are normally scheduled Monday thru Friday between 9 AM - 2 PM, and Saturday from 8 -11 AM. We can however, arrange in special circumstances a late/afternoon early evening appointment. Please describe the type of flooring desired and the rough size of the room(s), along with any other relevant information.

Hire Angel Floors. I've had four different flooring contractors in my home over the years and Angel Floors is the only one that I would ever recommend. They are fairly priced, on-time, diligent, professional, and detail oriented. If anything is wrong, they make it right immediately without hesitation. They genuinely care about the finished product which is sadly rare these days. Roxana is on point with all requests and Tony is a pro's pro. Cheers!

We are thrilled with the work that Angel Floors did for us. They installed new flooring in our basement and really went above and beyond to make it perfect. I'd like to preface this review with these folks did not actually do our floors but we had them do quotes twice and I LOVE THEIR HONESTY!
Fall 2014: Gave us a quote for hardwood refinishing when we first moved into our house in Takoma Park, but explained how we probably didn't need to redo them and how they were in good shape, etc. They were super honest and this was greatly appreciated!
Fall 2020: Asked for a quote again because of the 2014 interaction. We did not use this time only because they did not have availability within the short timeframe we needed (and I see why not!). These

We used Angel Floors in June 2020 to refinished our entire upstairs, main level, and stairs. We had not had the floors done for over 20 years of hard use, and they were pretty bad. Angel Floors provided a reasonable and detailed bid, came when they promised, and finished when they promised. They sent daily updates, which helped us plan because we moved out of the house during the job. Of particular note is that we have a very heavy six-foot grand piano in the living room, and I had concerns about the cost of moving and storing it during the job. We recently had our floors (white oak) excellently refinished by Angel Floors and recommend this family business with great enthusiasm. Communication was great from the start, and clear and transparent throughout. I had the pleasure today of meeting Roxanna of Angel Floors. Roxanna came out to give me an estimate for the replacement of some floorboards in my 108-year-old row house. She was clearly knowledgeable about wood, and was happy to share that knowledge with me. What impressed me the most about Roxanna was her honest assessment of what I needed -- 1912 floorboards that now can only be found if salvaged from homes of that era, and to which she had no access. She referred me to another company that does. I am disappointed that I will not be able to work with Roxanna and Angel Floors on this project

I would recommend Angel Floors to anyone looking to have hardwood floor done. I met with Roxana after reading excellent reviews and I am very happy with my choice. Roxana explained to me the process of sanding and refinishing our hardwood floor. Our floor looks beautiful and we are very happy with the results. We are delighted with the refinishing job that Angel Floors did on our oak flooring. Their price was fair, they started and ended exactly when they said they would, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They also took great care in preparing the areas so dust would not go elsewhere in the house, and they did a great job cleaning up. Roxana and her staff were wonderful to deal with. I just wish all companies took such care with their customers and craft!

I cannot say enough good about Angel Floors. Roxana and Tony are wonderful people and the quality of their work is impeccable. We first hired them in 2012 to do the upstairs floors and the stairs of our DC row home. The quality is amazing, and the floors have held up amazingly well in spite of us having two dogs.

I used Angel Floors three years ago when I bought my house. The work they did was fantastic! They were very responsive and kept me up to date with the work they would be doing during the day and the preparation that needed to be done on my part. After the work was done they gave thorough instructions on upkeep of the wood floors and what products were okay to be used. Prices were very reasonable and the work done was phenomenal. I would highly recommend their services.

We had a fantastic experience with Angel Floors. We hired the company to remove some ancient carpet in our home and replace with hardwood. The results are beautiful! Roxana is highly communicative and knowledgeable, and we appreciated her sound advice and transparency. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and our home is transformed. Angel Floors did a wonderful job of bringing back to life our 76-year old hardwood floors.
Roxana and Tony, the co-owners are knowledgeable and great to work with. Roxana does all the measuring and estimating and Tony and his crew do the restoring.
They're reasonable on their prices compared to other floor finishers. We highly recommend Angel Floors.
