GNB Technologies was very patient and thorough in helping me update my networks and fix my printer issues. I often get anxiety trying to fix my computer issues and keep them up to date. The agent not any did all the work on my computer remotely, he explained to me what he was doing and why during each step of the process. He then went above and beyond by giving me a tutorial of how to properly access and use the new networks and drivers he created. I definitely plan to keep using this guy to keep my networks and systems running at their best. Thanks so much for an anxiety free experience.
