HORRIBLE customer service. I called because we merely wanted a quote for transportation for a wedding. We stated we did not have a set budget, but we were open to different prices. The person who answered the phone was sarcastic, rude, and immediately started arguing with us because we did not have a specific vehicle in mind. I asked what they suggested for our size and he failed to provide an answer- only stated “we have over 50 models, so pick.” Then when we stated we weren’t sure what our budget was, he sarcastically said he had a “$15,000 rolls Royce” for us. I was recently in Miami visiting some old friends and we thought renting a limo would be a great idea so we could go out and have fun without worrying about driving. We called them up and they were super easy to deal with. Showed up on time and we had blast cruising around! If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend them. Great service and limos!

While on a business trip in Miami I needed a limo to pick me up from the airport..I arranged for Lush Miami Limo Service to pick me up based off a request from a business associate. The limo was waiting for me on time at the airport. I also needed a limo for the night. The driver was so nice and took us to the hot spots for dinner and a nite cap.
