We had cushions made and valances made for our trailer while visiting Reno. Rosie was exceptional!! We called and took cushions to her. She sent us to Mill Ends for fabric and she made 7 cushions and did 2 valances to match in 3 days including new foam in everything. We had to leave in 4 days and she was amazing! Great job so professional!! We would recommend her business to anyone!!! My trailer looks brand new!!!

I went to Luis and Rosie's shop to get new couch/ bed cushions made for my class b campervan because my existing couch seat and back cushions were uncomfortable and were different sizes -depth wise- so unable to line up right to make it into a bed. Rosie immediately figured out what the issue was and pointed it out to me even though it meant a loss of a sale for her. Some previous owner had overstuffed the couch seat cushions by adding 2 extra layers of foam cushions over the existing one on each couch seat. I removed 14.5 lbs of unneeded foam and washed all the covers and they are good as

The owner and his wife are amazing people. Please don't consider this company only for special made sizes. I purchased a regular queen size bed as I was having serious issues with pressure points and had so much pain from my mattress. I tried 3 others prior, including a special $3,500 mattress.
It wasn't until I purchased a mattress from Mattress Made 4 U that I finally had relief. Then I encouraged my daughter to try it, as she had constant backpain when in bed. She loved it and is also purchasing a mattress.

We saw their ad in an RV brochure in Sparks Nv. Met the owners and 6 months later when we returned to Reno area, we had our RV loft mattress completely redone. The owners noted that internal frame bent and needed welding; they had this done at another shop. Our only request was a durable brown tone fabric which they chose as we didn't have enough time to select fabric at another store. We really like what they chose. Finished mattress fit our loft space perfectly. New wood for the ladder rung; more attractive that previous. Final test: Great nights sleep. Great customer service

I bought an expensive mattress 3 months ago and it was too hard. I searched everywhere and then was referred to Mattress Made 4 U. They made me the PERFECT mattress in one day! And was less than what I spent on the one I got 3 months ago!!! I am so grateful!!! First good night sleep in yrs! And the owners are sooooo nice!

We purchased a short-queen size mattress for our RV. They have them in stock, so no need to special order (unless you want to, and they say the turn-around time is very short). The mattress we purchased is very high quality and a huge upgrade from the horrible mattress that came with our trailer. The cost is fairly high, but comparable to what you would expect to pay for a quality mattress. The owner is really nice and helpful. Customer service is exceptional. He delivered, at no charge, right to our house - and even offered to help put it in our trailer & take our old mattress away.

I bought a custom mattress for my rv in March, after getting it home and used it for a week, was not as good as expected, I call mattress 4 u, guy said bring it in I'll make it better, I brought mattress in and he was very nice and redid the mattress, it is now super nice and comfortable he did this all no charge and had it done within hours, I recommend this mattress place to people who need mattress for rv, they custom make them and it fits perfect..

I purchased a bed in June 2016 from this place. I cost a pretty penny and upon delivery did not feel like what was ordered. After a week I had severe back pain, the bed was no good for me. I called and asked if the could help me as it did not feel like what I constructed in the store. There reply was this " after laminating and sewing a cover on it the material feels diffrent than what it is raw when constructing it. (This was not disclosed to me at time of purchase) If I wanted to bring it back in they could alter it for 600$ more." This was obserd especially given the fact I had just paid 2800

I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service at Mattress Made 4 U! We recently purchased a new, custom-made mattress for our camper. They had it made in just a day or two, delivered it to our home, and even picked up the old mattress. The new mattress was made to our exact specifications both in materials and dimensions and was extremely comfortable and well-made. A few days after delivery, we noticed an apparent defect that resulted in a lump on one side of the mattress. It was Sunday and the store was closed, so we called the "on call" number thinking we could leave a message

My roommate wanted some custom pillows for her new condo, she picked out the material at a local fabric store and we went into Mattress Made 4 U to see what they could do for us... The lady Rosy was super sweet and helpful, she asked a couple questions about the firmness we wanted and what size pillows we needed and gave us a FANTASTIC PRICE $$$$$ the pillows were ready 3 days later and we love them!
They even returned the extra material that was left over from the job:) would definitely go back and recommend this place to my friends.
