Customer service is very good but short distance service, not so good. Had to wait 1 hour for pick up from the Pinelawn LIRR station and on the trip back to the LIRR, waited a hour an a half to be picked up from CDT driving school. Kind of understand the concept of short distance trips being a waist of time& money for taxi companies but don't like it. I would rather support the local taxi companies but if my short distance money is not attractive to taxi companies, I'll gladly use Uber or Lyft.

I called Melville taxi and airport service when I needed a ride from TD Bank on Broadhollow Road in Melville to go to a gas station in Hicksville to pick up my car. My cab driver came within 15 minutes of my pick up was courteous and got me where I need to go on time. The taxi I got into was clean and the ride went smooth. I will recommend this cab company to anyone needing a ride in the Melville, Huntington, old Bethpage, Dix Hills, Woodberry, Syosset, Coldspring Harbor, Huntington Station, Greenlawn long island areas.

I have never found a taxi company as good as Melville taxi and airport service. They showed up within three minutes of my phone call to take me from Melville all the way to Ronkonkoma at a price cheaper than Uber. This will be my go to taxi service from here on in as they can do better than any yellow cab both in pick up time price and customer service.

We hired this company to take my mom into the city to see my dad at Memorial Sloan Kettering. I was quoted a price for a round trip plus tolls. When I called to give them my CC number, they told me it was more than double what I was initially told for a one way and I had to pay cash. Than on top that, the driver is already out the money up front to the company. I mean what kind of company is this? Extorting money from working people and others who are in need. I'm going with Uber from now on.

I used Melville Taxi to drive my family and I to JFK airport on Saturday morning. My taxi driver James was on time and extremely professional in his mannerisms. It was a smooth ride in a brand new Ford Expedition unlike any other cab service on Long Island. I now understand why everyone else in Melville and Dix Hills is ditching the horrible Uber and lyft taxi apps in lieu of Melville Taxi and Airport Service

So far I have great things to say about Melville taxi and airport service. I went out last night to jewel, all mt friends were ordering uber and Lyft cabs and were grossly overcharged for short rides at prime time. Melville taxi charged me a flat $10 fare to go from jewel in Melville to my home in east farmingdale. The driver Jerry was a gentleman and opened the door for me. It was a great ride and I'll surely use them again
