Founded by the late Robert Jope Sr. in the early 1970s, South Shore Welding came from meager beginnings with Bob, and a pick-up truck and welding machine, fabricating railings in his backyard in Randolph, Massachusetts. With inspiration and grit, his business grew. In the mid 1990s, Bob was joined by his son, Brian, and together they forged ahead.
