I received excellent service when doing business with Silvia's Tax Services. I wanted to have my taxes done during the pandemic to know how much I would receive/owe by the new implemented tax deadline, July 15th, and they were able to assist. So I decided to come back to silvias after going to H&R block. I was so disappointed with h&r block but when I came to silvias today the lady that helped me was really nice and she did her best to help me. Treat everyone as you wish to be treated. At first she seemed nervous maybe it's her first year so I know how that goes. As far as for timing some people have preferences honestly I just wanted to get my taxes done and in the end silvia came to help her and quite honestly that put me more at ease. I'll be doing my taxes here from now on. My sisters and friends do their taxes
