I’ve now used AC Auto 3 times in the past 6 months (2x in the last week). They are the best, I wish I’d found them sooner! John is so customer-focused and he makes doing business with them so easy.
AC will also come to your house to pick up/drop off your car (as they did when my battery died) creating a truly differentiated experience. They come when they say they will, they answer your calls, they return your messages. It’s a refreshing change and I won’t go anywhere else at this point! In the middle of the summer my ac stopped working, after going dealing with the dealership and my so called bumper to bumper warranty getting me no where, I turned to AC Auto. I cannot say enough good things about AC Auto. After going to a different shop and being strung along for weeks only to still not have the issue fixed properly, I did what I should’ve done in the first place and brought my Jeep here. Not only was John able to diagnose the problem in seconds (literally) but he also had it fixed and ready to go almost immediately! I could not believe it. It was a major relief after going through such an ordeal with the other place. I have brought my Jeep back twice since then

I took my 10 year old Saab into them for some electrical issue. All three of my rear back lights (brake, directional and running light) stopped working. The figured it out, found a part and got it fixed like new. They kept me posted on what was going on - great team, professional and fair price for all that they did. I will go there again - really good experience.

I refuse to take my car anywhere else. If I ever have to move across the country I will tow my car to take it to John and his team. Always transparent, quick, honest and genuinely care about fixing your car without trying to squeeze money out of you. The only downside is that my standard is so high because of them that it makes all other car repair experiences miserable (if I'm out of town).

John and his team once again did a great job on my Jeep. I had them do the shocks over and true to his word, he kept his promise of the rough cost that he had estimated. Each time I come here, John and his team give excellent vehicle service and customer service. This repair shop is one you don't have to worry about getting taken advantage of. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had with any mechanic!!! My car needed routine maintenance and a brake check. John took my information and told me he would call me within an hour. True to his word I got the call. He was fully transparent with the issues, his solutions, and pricing. I was able to pay immediately over the phone and sign up for a text service which will allow me to schedule future visits/get my receipts and confirmation. He even has employees who pick up and drop off your car at home, which is arguably one of the biggest headaches when your car needs to be serviced. Highly

Was referred to these guys by a friend when I had a clunk in my front end. Dropped the car off Friday morning and they got in touch by noon letting me know exactly what was wrong. Brought my 2000 Acura TL in for a much-needed timing belt replacement and a few other repairs. Really nice guys in the shop, upfront about costs and timing. You could tell they really care about what they were doing. The shop is set back behind their parking lot so it's a little hard to find but it's there! Look for the sign on the street. Can't imagine trusting my car with anyone else, highest quality of service I've found in the area.
