Ted took me in last minute for a relatively urgent brake job on a Saturday when he was already completely booked. He called me before actually performing the work to let me know what it would cost and what I needed before proceeding. His pricing was reasonable and right on point with what I expected. Despite being so busy that day, he had a positive attitude.
I know people that have been ripped off by other countless shops and I've had experience with not-so-great service elsewhere in the past.
