We use Palm Air at least once or twice a year when visiting from Detroit. We are a family of 5 with 3 children under 3, so traveling is definitely not easy these days. Palm Air makes it convenient and are always prompt. Exactly what we need for our travel days to go as smoothly as possible. I love being able to text them the flight info, and they are always there on time waiting for us. They have multiple car seats installed perfectly to meet our families needs. Les, one of the drivers, is so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using this company.
