I haven't used a taxi in quite a long time, was little concerned.
I called the day before for a RSW airport pickup. They tracked the flight and messaged me before I even left the plane. Anthony was there immediately and had me home in 20 minutes! Very satisfied! I will definitely consider 'A Better Taxi' again!

$45 from RSW to Punta Gorda. I had Brenda as a driver and she was absolutely amazing. Safe and clean cars. They even watched my plane on flight watch because it had been delayed and that way I didn't have to update them every time the flight was changed. I also did not have a clue where to exit the airport and Brenda came to find me even though I was in the complete wrong place! Easy booking and great conversation. Much more reasonable than the other taxis charge. Will use again, that's for sure.

I had a reserved cab this morning for 4.45a from our house to Fort Myers Airport. Bill the driver called to ten minutes late which of course turned into fifteen minutes. It seems that his last fare delayed him and I sympathize but it also turns out they were operating only 4 cabs and were booked to the limit.
I was tight for my flight and concerned. When we got to the airport I handed over two $20 bills for what I think is a $30 ride. Bill just pocketed them, I think assuming he was still due a tip despite totally failing to provide the required service! He never mentioned the actual fair or offered

They picked us up from Fort Myers airport last week it was great. I got a text she was in the cell phone lot and was 1:00am. The way home was awful, I called the day before making sure I was still on their schedule because they were picking us up at 3:30am and if I could pay by credit card. No I couldn't pay by credit card, even the pizza delivery guy takes credit cards and she was almost 20 min late. I called she said she is on her way she hit traffic and she will be there any minute 20 min later still not there I just requested an uber and she came. We get in the car and she had 3 other

Well, the old girl (our car) let us down. We called A Better Taxi from the dealership after the tow truck left. The lady gave us a reasonable quote so we decided to take it home to Cape Coral from Fort Myers instead of staying over in town. It was after hours and the dealer's service area was closed so we sat outside. Seems all the in-town rental car agencies were closed, as well. They (both dealership and rental car places!) really should consider at least staying over until 9. Luckily, we didn't have long to wait after calling. The driver was very nice. The perfect airport pick. Before we even had the pick up, confirmation call from the office. Our driver called us when he arrived and told us to call him when we picked up our bags. He arrived, assisted us and chatted with my wife and I on our way to the beach..I cannot say enough about this company. You will be impressed.
