Orders ship by 2:30pm central Time on the day of authorization of your payment. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Please do not purchase hair from these people!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! The hair is sooo NOT what I looked at prior. If it wasn’t for my hairstylist noticing that the hair and the inches didn’t match, OMG!! The hair tangles at the bottom. And I was told my moment would be refunded by 2 agents then 20 minutes later their story was recanted. Please save yourself a trip and DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Went to go get some hair today. It says on the website they open at 10am. I drive there and there's a note on the door saying to call some number. I call ask if they are still in business. He says to me "I'll be there at 10:40am" it was 10:18 am when he told me that. Idk where they think that's good business but if you want my opinion they not professional. Went to She's Happy Hair which was down the street and always OPENED; and they have good hair too! This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not going back. BEWARE!

Worst hair ever ! They say you can color it but hair never is silky it looks Horrible no matter what and customer service is the worst , the hair is steam processed , so he is selling 2 different hair i purchased hair and it was horrible but he sells the silky nice hair to different customers my recommendation is do not buy this hair !!!

Even after being natural for 12 years I love my experience with wearing Mr. Indian Hair extensions, no complaints. I’ve worn their hair with my natural hair in protective styles and leave out and the same with my newly relaxed hair. I don’t experience shedding and tangles with their hair! I’ve had a few bundles restored(washed and conditioned) by them after I’ve taken down my sew in and it’s soft and flows! Color, cuts... you name it!

I don't know what is going on but the hair quality seems to have deteriorated rather drastically. The hair from here used to be excellent with no shedding at all. This is no longer the case. I purchased some wavy hair from here a few months ago and experienced horrible shedding from both ends of the wefts after just one use; in fact I was only able to use it once because the shedding destroyed the wefts. After that, I decided to try them again and purchased another 2 bundles of wavy hair and it is shedding a lot as well.

I've been purchasing hair from Mr. Indian for quite some time now. I actually love the quality of the products he offers and I'm a huge supporter of small businesses. Preparing for my next install, I verified the prices of his products online the week prior to thanksgiving and decided to purchase more during the Black Friday sale ($30 off all hair bundles). I purchased a closure from this company. I kept the install in for about one month. The hair tangled, matted, and sheded when I washed it. So much so that it created a huge bald spot in the closure. I called to complain and the owner implied that there was nothing defective about the closure. This occurred because it's silk base and it was combed too much. This makes no sense! How else should I untangle this matted hair?? No one wants to buy hair that tangles and sheds so much that it creates a bald spot in the center of the closure. Mr. Indian Hair (Khelin) was so amazing today. His customer service was impeccable and if you are like me and don't do extensions he is the person to go talk to because he is knowledgeable and PATIENT! For me that's key because when I am spending that kind of money I need to know everything and I will continue to ask questions until my anxiety levels decrease.
