Our material selection and quality control are strictly implemented to minimize this factor. POLICY: We will gladly accept returns on items (except items marked "Final Sale") for a full refund within 30 days from date of delivery. RETURN CONDITION: Refunds are only given to approved products with an RA# that are still in unopened and unusedcondition.

When you run a business you need to keep your word and be sure your employees know what they are saying and keep their word. I used this hair professionally for a little bit but was not impressed especially for the price so I simple switched to another brand I like much more. A pack of 20 for 110$ is ridiculous.
Anyways, I found a bag with a completely unopened pack of these extensions with the receipt. I figured I'd go see if I could go get my 110+tax back since I'm not going to use the hair. I show the woman who has worked there since I bought hair from them (well over a year ago

I adore the new stores! I find the service is impeccable every time I come. The quality of the hair is unbeatable. I love the idea that there are several different types of hair extensions to choose from,. The store carries an elite line of styling equipment(GHD ) and scissors! They also carry an amazing hair care line for damaged hair. I would definitely recommend hairstyles to stop by and take a peep.
