Nature's Pointe is a nature centered play based cooperative preschool. Nature's Pointe Cooperative Preschool was established in 1996 and is currently located in Noblesville, Indiana. We accept children ages 18 month to 5 years old. We are affiliated with the Indiana Council of Preschool Cooperatives and Parent Cooperative Preschools International.
A Co-op preschool is owned and maintained by the parents of the children enrolled on a non-profit, nonsectarian basis. Parents assist teachers in the classroom on a rotating basis and share in the business operation of the school. Cooperative preschools are terrific places to share firsthand in your child's education!
We are a "success-oriented" school, striving to help children and their parents form positive self-concepts and good feelings of self-worth. We value the uniqueness of each child and adult involved. Nature's Pointe is a developmentally appropriate program with a cooperative philosophy, providing a learning environment for both parents and children.
Parents will participate anywhere from 1-3 times per month in the classroom, depending on class size. Parents work together to schedule the calendar each month and can swap dates with each other to accommodate for illness or schedule changes. Parent jobs are assigned based on skills, talents or education background.
My name is Kim Cortez and I teach the Teddies class. 2013. My family and I feel so fortunate to have found a school that offered a play-based, child-centered approach, as it was certainly best for our children. I continue to research early childhood in my roles as a preschool teacher, and now graduate student.

Nature's Pointe has become like a second home to my two children! The teachers are incredible and clearly love what they do.They have created an environment were children feel safe to explore, experiment and ask questions. Both my children now see every experience as an opportunity to learn something new. Being able to participate in the classroom has been amazing, allowing me to watch first hand as my children learn and grow! . Nature's Pointe has been everything my husband and I wanted for our children's first school experience.

All 3 of my children are graduates of this school. They are all doing terrific in public school. It is a great school for children to build a solid foundation for learning. However, it isn't just a great place for children, it is a great place for parents as well. Parents are offered parent education classes and build a community of support while watching their children grow and learn! Come join our family and you won't regret it!

Have been with the school for 6 years now and love it so much. The teachers are amazing, and my children have flourished under their guidance. I have had 2 kids "graduate" and my third is currently attending. My 2 grads were more than prepared for elementary and my oldest is in the REACH program. I have met some of the most supportive and kind parents through the school and it has been one of the best experiences I could imagine. HIGHLY recommended!!

We live in Fishers and love NPCP- it feels like home! Teachers are awesome, engaged and involved above and beyond. Parents get to be uniquely involved in their preschooler's education by participating in the classroom at times as well as with other duties to manage the school. I feel my daughter will be well prepared for kindergarten without giving up learning through play.
