Have you ever experienced a headache that affected your vision? Many of us know what it is like to have a headache. Depending on the cause, it can trigger a sharp, dull, or throbbing sensation of pain ranging in severity. While it may be difficult to determine the cause of a headache, one cause you.
I liked that I was able to book the appointment online and that they had time slots available for the afternoon. Representatives were all extremely helpful and professional and even let me know about a $75 rebate! So I basically only paid $10! First time visit and I was very happy with the whole experience.
We provide the highest standard of care with the latest cutting-edge technology. Here are some highlights. Our Optomap retinal imaging system provides an alternative to dilating the eyes, so we can avoid the side effects commonly experienced with dilation, such us blurry vision and sensitivity to light.
The Clearpath DS-120 is able to detect lens Auto Fluorescence. When an individual has uncontrolled glucose the DS-120 is able to detect these elevated levels of Auto Fluorescence. I had a great experience at this office. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The office looks notably busy, but I still feel my family and I were taken care of pretty well.
Since the cornea is normally responsible for some 70% of the eye's refractive power, its topography is of critical importance in determining the quality of vision. The pattern of the device's internal concentric rings are focused on the anterior surface of the patient's cornea and reflected back to a digital camera.

I had a 3pm appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. The people at the front desk misplaced my folder and I did not see the technician until 3:50pm. The technician and optometrist were excellent. I mentioned the delay to the optometrist, and he said it was his last day, so he was not concerned about it. I think I will find another optometry office. Your people do not care. I am a professional and my time is valuable.

I am from out of town and I had an eye/contact emergency! I lost one! I have - 6vision and I always pack exta but I was so busy packing for my infant that i must have forgot. My optometrist from houston sent me my Rx through email. BUT I WENT TO AO MANY DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, that were either closed, not open on Friday, didn’t have my Rx. I dragged my family around for 2 houra trying to find help. And then my phone died. The front desk help me charge my phone, find my insurance, and send my contact to my home after giving me a trial pair! Such great customer service !

My appointment was at 11:00 am for my eye exam. They took me to my examination room at 10:30 am.
My current eyeglasses were expired and I knew I had to get a new prescription. I did the eye test, I was examined and the optometrist wrote me a new prescription to tweak my trifocals.
I was happy that the receptionist {Mark} who answered my first call and guided me of what to expect during my examination.
I’m satisfied with my visit and examination and suggest it to others.
LensCrafters was right next door and that was a successful visit as well.

I was seen at this location by Dr. Eddy Sidra, O.D. and it was the best optometrist visit I have ever had. I called at 2pm on a Friday before going camping to the lake for the weekend and was able to get a same day appointment for 6:30pm so I could get there after work. I use daily contacts and was down to my last pair. I was able to leave there with a weeks worth of trial contacts which allowed me to not use glasses while camping!! So grateful they could see me late on same day!!! Very modern equipment, Dr. Sidra was super thorough and professional, and pleasant!! His staff is also great. Nadia

My husband and I recently went to San Antonio Eye Professional at Northstar Mall for our annual eye exams. We were both very pleased with the exam service that we received from the staff as well as the doctors. The exams were very thorough and the doctors took the time to explain the entire process. Our appointments were scheduled on a Saturday and although there were quite a bit of patience schedule the process was very smooth and quick. I would highly recommend this location based on the excellent customer service that we received during our recent visit!
