In 1948 Edgar Pace started Pace Jewelers as a watch repair shop after he graduated from the Bulova School of Watchmaking in Greenville. This branch of the school was opened after the war for GIs once they returned from World War II. Once the store was doing well repairing, they began to sell watches and accessories.

I have an antique wristwatch from family overseas. I couldn't find anywhere to even take a look at it after I thought I broke it. This was the only place nearby that had the expertise. For free the kind staff inspected it and said there was no major damage. The nice gentleman told me the only hope to make it tick again is a cleaning and oiling, which ran $175. If it didn't tick afterwards he told me there'd be no charge. I accepted because there's nobody around who could do such a thing. He was honest with me and said it might take a while as they have a backlog. His word was true it took around

Not your typical jewelry store. The experience that I received walking in this morning was so refreshing. They have restored my FAITH in HUMANITY. Im an ELDER MILLENIAL and the personal interaction, respect, warmth and opportunity to feel human and social meant everything. Do not sleep on this jewelry store. You will not find better. Great place to have your time piece serviced. I've had multiple items worked on.... from an omega aqua terra to a unique piece like a Zodiak super seawolf 74 atm. The time pieces I received back look GREAT. I dropped off a bracelet as I'm writing this and I can't wait to get it back. ALL the people there are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you with your needs.

Went to Pace Jewelers to have my watch repaired. All it needed was a simple spring bar as my last one broke. I was greeted the moment I walked in and was treated like family.
The repair itself took less than 10 minutes and the price was extremely reasonable. This is a great family run establishment that has not been run out of town by one of the big names. They have a great selection of rings, necklaces, watches and other jewelry.
