I took my watch to these people to get the crystal replaced last February. I keep calling them for a status on my watch they tell me they had to send it out locally to another repair person. This has been going on since February 2021. what's wrong with this picture. They newer return my calls. Maybe it's time to seek legal action....DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO BE REPAIRED TO THIS JEWELRY STORE....
