We are conveniently located approximately 1 mile from business Rt 22 in Monroeville at 316 Center Rd next to the Rivertowne Inn (former Parkway Tavern). Just a few hundred feet from Old William Penn Highway. A procedure designed to cover exposed sensitive roots prone to decay and prevent further gum recession.
Mild gum recession gum can be treated through deep cleaning of the affected area. Plaque and tarter that has built up on the root surfaces below the gums is removed then smoothed so bacteria has a difficult time attaching itself to the surface. Antibiotics can also be used to remove any remaining bacteria.

Staff doen't know insurance policy, and misinforms. I would not recommend. I was told inital consult covered by insurance. Then recieved a bill. I had to deal with insurance to take care of it. Dr. Coynes office would not do anything, including resubmitting to insurance with the correct code, even though they told me consult was covered. Why go somewhere that misleads you, when there are a ton of other peridontists in the area. Quotes are way higher than others. Unprofessional staff, and only out for money!

Dr. Coyne was exceptional! Her bed side manner is top notch. I came to her after a horrible experience with another doctor. It was a complete 180° difference between the two. I would and will HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Dr.Coyne for figuring out my situation. She is honest, professional, brilliant, and friendly. Don't waste your time like I did on other doctors.
