My visit to Palm Beach Garage was a lot of work simply due to the fact that my warranty policy would pay list price for the item, keep in mind its the best policy on the market, after days of begging Jeff to chill on racking up the costs, we got it done, Jeff wanted 30%+ above list price for all repairs which intern had to pay out.
as much as i would love to get more work done I am afraid to contact him, for another $7,000 job. I actually left very upset the fact that I called to give more business the rudeness, it continues isn't right and everyone was like omg thats your auto shop talking to

When I first dropped my car off, the girl at the front was very informative, professional and friendly. The office was also very nice and clean. And Jeff ...was so nice! He emailed me and called me back directly very quickly and answered every question I had... and I had a lot! He was very understanding and overall, a very good person. He also sent me a very detailed quote and the pricing was great, especially compared to the Audi dealership. I am very happy and impressed with the turnover time, customer service and overall everything about the experience. Highly recommend!

Once again, I have to give the highest marks to Palm Beach Garage for its exceptional service. When I brought it in last time, I knew my car's radiator had a slight crack but decided to hold off on repair as my BMW had other, more pressing issues. (Someone at a different shop said I could keep putting coolant in it whenever I got the warning light. That worked for a while.) Last Saturday, it went into under-drive! I am no stranger to the car business, purchasing new vehicles, and also truly appreciate attention to detail, responsiveness, and ultimately good customer service. Jason (Owner) and his team have given me service that has exceeded that I've received from larger, conventional dealerships. To be candid, the service after the sale has been better than that of even Tesla or my local Porsche AD (authorized dealer). On top of it all, I love my MOKE (electric vehicle) and it's proven to be a ton of fun!

This garage started off very nice. But when it came to fixing the car, things went totally downhill. I brought it back twice and they still did not fix the main problem. Then they took on a very bad attitude and the gentleman who runs the backside of the garage who's name is Jeff became very arrogant and had a tremendous attitude problem. They love to blame the customer for everything that goes wrong and finally I said enough is enough and I will seek help elsewhere. This situation was extremely unfortunate. I recently had my 2002 Bentley serviced at Palm Beach Garage. My experience was fantastic. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts, and had me back on the road quickly and reasonably pricedDanny was thoughtful, collaborative, and knowledgeable. I wrote a review about pbg in the past and it seems to have vanished,so here it is. Our experience with the owner was a nightmare,we brought our nissan in for a clutch replacement and received an estimate,which was on the high side but i didnt have the final decision,i already had estmates at about 30% less,one being the dealership.after tearing the clutch assembly down he knew he had us.yes,the price went up and when we said we would just go pick it up he wanted to charge $500 to put it back together.just another example of "be careful who you take your car to.thanks for reading,dont make
