Pay attention car people. Here comes a long review so...This is what all car shops should aspire to be. I have a love hate relationship with my 2000 740i 2nd owner bought it w/75k and now it's at 95k. I had a trans failsafe light come on, as well as some other issues that I wanted to get checked out. From the moment you walk in its a clean welcoming office and Diego the BMW guru, is right there to answer any questions you may. He told me how much I would pay for the inspection check what's wrong and he would reach out before they did any work at all.

This was the first time I used MotorHaus, and from now on I won’t allow anyone else to touch the car. From the outset, it was a great experience working with Diego and his team. I had a major issue with my SMG that might have rendered the car a total loss. Knowing what was at stake, the team at MotorHaus found a viable solution that saved me over $10,000 in parts alone. They’ve done it again. Excellent customer service and honest people. I brought my old bmw for a battery issue and they fix it without me paying them a penny. They use the warranty to fix it and they even give you an honest and friendly advice whenever you need one. If i ever get a bmw in the future, I will surely choose them for repair, no doubt. Brought my E46 M3 here for routine oil change and an inspection, based on reviews on groups and forums. They had my car ready in hours, and did an inspection unlike I’ve ever seen, full photos (of my car) and explanations attached to my invoice with pricing per found issue all in one email link.
It’s obvious they know what they’re doing, the transparency of the software they use is something I’ve never seen before but is totally next level and way above expectations.

Everything about this experience was professionally handled and I appreciated Diego and the entire team working with me when they found other issues once the valve cover was opened. The online communication system is fantastic. I was provided with pictures and short videos of the diagnostics. Very pleased with the work, 2010 328i convertible running like a dream. I will 100% bring my BMW to them again as needed.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !! I can not recommend Diego, Martin and his team enough. I have never worked with a crew so talented and diligent. Their attention to detail is just unbelievable. They went above and beyond doing a all around inspection and reported point by point (all with pictures and even video!!) every problem with the car I had just purchased. Upon the recommendation of a friend, who raved about how good MotorHaus service was when they worked on his BMW. I decided to give Diego & Martin a shot with my 2016- 740 BMW which just ran out of factory warranty, 2 months earlier. Plus I didn't want to pay the exorbitant fee's at the BMW dealership. Not only did they know what they are doing with BMW's, as good or better then any BMW dealerships, they have one of the cleanest shops I ever seen.
As a side note to the honesty of this team, when they cleaned my car, they found a gold money clip, a gift that my mother gave me

My relationship with Motorhaus began when I was looking for a second opinion. The local BMW dealership told me after $1,000 and one week of analysis my engine was falling apart from the inside and that I would need to repair the engine for $25k or replace for $35k. Motorhaus told me after $150 and a morning in their shop that a couple of solenoids needed to be replace for $600. Needless to say my car has never been back to the dealership. I have been going to Motorhaus for a couple of years now and the exceptional advise and service continue to this day.

I went to Martin for service in 2018. Martin told me a part needed to be replaced and I agreed. Later on I realized the part was covered under warranty with BMW and he should have referred me to the dealership which would have done it for free (if he were honest).
I would be very wary of doing business with Martin and I would recommend to always double check every repair that he wants to do. It is common for him (and other mechanics) to oversell (rip you off) you on parts and service.

First time using Martin for my M5 and must say what a wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Martin took great care of my car along with spending time explaining the inspection he just performed. No issues which is always great to hear. I will continue us him since my car is now out of warrantee.

I brought my car there for an oil change and came home with an oil leak which they would not repair. They stripped my screw for my oil pan and drilled another screw hole larger than what was there which is what is caused the leak. Then they had the nerve to say that's how they found the car. Best auto service experience I've ever had! After reading all the great reviews about Motorhaus, I thought to myself, they just can't be that good. Well, I was wrong, they ARE that good! Work was done on time, at the quoted price and with no issues. This is the way an auto repair shop should be run, too bad the BMW dealers just want to take advantage of everyone that walks in. I will be back and will recommend you whenever I can.

I cannot say enough good things about MotorHaus. I live in Charlotte NC and if it wasn't an 11 hour drive to West Palm, MotorHaus would be my regular mechanic.
We were driving to Miami for Xmas and I got a "low coolant level" warning on my X5... we had just had the water pump and thermostat replaced so I was a little curious why I was having coolant system problems. We pulled into the West Palm turnpike rest stop and my wife found MotorHaus on Yelp. I called and Martin said to leave the car and drop the keys in the box, as it was 445PM.. and he also recommended a towing company

I am writing this review because not only was the service good on the car, but the customer service was great. I called Friday to report a error message on my wife's X3 and they told me what they thought the issue was and to bring it in first thing Monday. We came in at 8 am and left at 9 am. Even though it was just a battery change they needed to register the battery to the car. It was about 42 percent cheaper as well then the dealership wanted. They take pride in their work and they just earned a new customer because of their honesty, quality of works, and customer service.

Had another "unrelated" problem with our M6.
Of course I went back to Motorhaus, and again we received top notch service at a fair price just as quoted!!!!!

If you're relying on the iPhone's GPS system/TomTom, you may or may not get here (due to the unincorporated area). Once I encountered the possibility of the latter, I gave Martin a ring. He directs me to make a right on Okechobee EB, and right on church street which turns into Latham Street, and there I'd find him at the end of street.
My husband found this place because of its great reviews on Yelp, and the prices were another winning factor. Got here, very clean place, which a customer can always appreciate when they'll likely have to be there for 45 mins to an hour.
