You don't need any previous meditation experience, just an open mind, a willingness to give it a go and a commitment to carrying out a daily meditation practice for the duration of the course.

Reiki is about having a balanced flow of energy between your chakras.
What a lovely, heart-warming course! Neeru provided such a warm and inviting welcome, she gave a great introduction into meditation and mindfulness and left us wanting more.! Thank you, Neeru. This has been a very good 6 week course. I didn't know what to expect, but I truly enjoyed every single session I've had.

My experience is beyond words. It is a life changing experience for me. Neeru is an excellent guide through this spiritual journey. She helped me to get rid of a lot of things that were holding me back. She answered all my questions with so much patience. I have observed a great change in myself. Now I'm living a quality life that I never imagined.I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

I was at my lowest when I finally decided to pursue meditation seriously and called Neeru to start taking sessions with her. I got to know about her through a friend.
My life seemed to be slipping off at that - my marriage, my sanity, almost everything. I had been on anxiety medicines again since last 3 years and seeing a therapist who had sown the seed of meditation in my mind when I started reading books about it and practicing with cell phone apps.
