BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady of the front desk doesn’t care about customer. I had been going to this place for about two years. And today, I went without an appointment, and she told me I had to wait an hour. She didn't even explain to me why. There were no customers, there was no one waiting. when i walk in, she's supposed to say good morning, she was on her cell phone (playing like always) and she just said "what" I was like maybe she doesn’t have breakfast, don’t know!

First time here! i was so happy to get an appointment in especially since it was sunday on halloween!! very good staff! as a waxer myself, i was pleased to have such a great experience. minimum pain (i am a big baby) which i loved. eleydis was very sweet and kind. she waxed me quickly and effectively. this is my new spot!

This is by far the cleanest and most comfortable waxing salon. I started visiting this salon about 10 years ago. Moved away and returned about a year ago. I love the atmosphere and Silvana is amazing. I love ABB waxing. I won’t go anywhere else to get these type of service. And thank u Ana!!!

Good place. Brought my gf here for the first time and she was a bit nervous to the thought of getting her hair waxed off. Long story it was fast and easy. The staff knows exactly what they are trained to do and make you feel at ease. Good price. I recommend calling to make an appointment instead of just walking in.

Called to do a walk-in for the first time, I was able to get in and out with no problem. Staff was amazing, made me feel welcome, Vanessa assisted me was very polite and patient with me I highly recommend her. I will be visiting this place for my future wax. I was a little skeptical of trying AAB Waxing but I had no reason to be. Eleydis assisted me, using green algae wax, which was at perfect temperature for waxing. Eleydis is a woman of few words but she did a great job. But, in her defense, I didn't go there to have a conversation, but to get wax done. The front desk assistant, Mara, was pleasant

After not getting a wax in several months, ABB Waxing made returning to the salon much more comfortable and enjoyable. The wax they use is imported from Brazil with ingredients such as bee resin and pine trees, if I'm not mistaken. Ileidys was my salon associate and she took several measures to improve the process for me. Afterwards, I spoke with the owner and receptionist as well and it was very clear how important service is at this salon. I'm very happy that I came here and would definitely return!

I have been coming here for more than 3 years. I think I've gone through every one of the girls that works here and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone here is the best of the best, everyone is super nice! If it's your first time waxing come over! And if it is not come over too! This place is awesome, I moved so it's a little bit of a drive now but I don't mind it to get the best service.

Best place ever! I left a review on google & just had to do another one on here. The staff is so nice & made me feel comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about ABB Waxing. I always call to make an appointment, but they accept walk-ins too. The place smells great and is always very clean! The waxers are very professional and kind. They make sure you are comfortable and in the least amount of pain! I highly recommend ABB Waxing!

Great customer service, decent prices, and an okay wax which may have been my fault for previously shaving...
However, I must admit, when you're laying on the wax table exposing your most intimate area, and look at the ceiling to see a camera (that points to the entrance)- I couldn't help but stare at it the whole time to make sure it didn't move. Sorry for the paranoia, but that was extremely uncomfortable..

Full disclosure- this was my first time! Prices were great! The experience was... good. Very professional staff and very thorough. I got a full front and back Brazilian Wax and my thighs. Thought since I'm a guy it would be weird but it was a good session. Cannot say enough about the professionalism of the staff! Definitely would suggest to a friend

When you're a dude with big eye brow like me finding a person or a place that does a great job becomes an important challenge.
I have been at this place a few times and had two different people clean my brows issuing wax. Both of them have done a very good job. I will continue to come here for some time.
The place is located right on Biscayne Blvd and there is parking in the back of the building. The location is clean and the staff is friendly.

I used to go to another chain on the beach (uni k) and after checking out this place i started coming here instead. Its the same type of hard, thick green wax, but i find the technicians gentler than other places. They are open 7 days a week and i usually can get an appt. for the same day. Ive had several technicians and no problems. Only down side is you cannot add tip on credit card so DONT FORGET TO BRING CASH FOR TIP.
The place looks clean, they also see nag champa incents.
p.s- if you try to open the door and its locked, they buzz you in dont worry.
