Matt and his team were wonderful to work with! Closing on our dream home during a pandemic was certainly not what we had envisioned, and yet it couldn't have been easier. From the start through the closing, Matt was very responsive and answered all of our questions - even when I had a momentary freak-out about wiring such a large sum of money. They have a few different offices, so it made it really convenient for our closing - held in the parking lot no less, so everyone felt safe. They are both low key and productive which is such a great combo when you're dealing with the sometimes stressful details of closing on a house! Buying a home can be quite stressful. Things move so fast and within just a few days you have to have the offer, inspection, and Purchase & Sale. We contacted Matt Scafidi the day that evening that we made an offer on our new home. That night he emailed us back and contacted our realtor too.
