I invested my money with this company for 10 years, when I left my employment and wanted to move my money they became unresponsive.
I have been trying to reach and move my money since February of 2020. I have left probably 50 messages over this period and numerous emails with zero response or help from anyone at this company. This company is the most unprofessional, board line criminal company I have ever dealt with. Do not trust this company with your money.

This company is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever had to deal with. My 401K was placed into this company and now that I am no longer with my old job Heartland won’t give me my 401K back and has been over a year and going on 4 months. Also to add I’ve called so many times, left voice mails and emails to the lady working on my case Susan Adkinson won’t return any of my messages or emails. It’s gone so ridiculous that I’ve even had to call and leave voicemails 3-4 days and she has received them and doesn’t call back and give any information. Wouldn’t recommend this company
