Hill Country Cellars Winery is much more than a simple wine bar. The wines that we serve are the result of years of our family's hard work. We carefully grow, harvest, crush, and press our own fresh grapes. For some of our wines, we've searched the world for only the finest of vineyards that share the same discernment as we do regarding quality.

We make sure that the wine we produce is exactly the way we believe it should be before we move forward. After we crush, ferment, finish, age, bottle, cork, and label each product, we bring it directly to our establishment in Bandera, Texas. When you arrive, be ready to feel at home, let yourself go, take in the scenery, and treat your taste-buds to a rare enjoyment that you won't forget.

The atmosphere is nice and sangria is pretty yummy. I wasn't able to get a glass of wine due to restrictions right now but with their sangria flavor I am more than willing to give it a shot. I like this place.

We stopped in today to do a wine tasting. The sign at the street said wine tastings with an arrow pointing at the building. When we went inside, we were told that they could not do a tasting due to corona restrictions. We could buy a glass or bottle of wine. We told the lady it was our first time so we knew nothing about their wines.
Why do you have the sign at the road if you are not doing tastings ? Other wineries are doing tastings, so we are taking our business to others that are doing tastings !

Amazing hill country wines. If your not on love with the wine you will love the ambience. Your gracious hosts will guide you threw a fine tasting of whites, pinks and reds. Close enough to San Antonio to make it your regular happy hour spot or weekend hideaway while you sip on fine Texas wines.

Ok, I'm going to start off by stating that I have never been a wine fan...until I visited this little happy spot. The atmosphere is perfect, very laid back and everyone is super nice and friendly. I decided to stop in and try their samplers. Most of them were a bit too fruity for me but they have very good flavor. It wasn't until I tried their Black Spanish Lenoir that I fell in love... Yes, I love this wine! It's bold, very flavorful and tickles the sides of your tongue perfectly! A couple of glasses will have you laughing in no time!!
I've always been a beer fan but since I made the stop over

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon wine tasting at Hill Country. The ambience was warm, rustic and inviting. Rhett, our host/bartender was was friendly and conversational. The samples included all 6 signature wines which made things easy. No choosing! 😊 I am not a connoisseur necessarily. I usually prefer my wines smooth and a little sweet. The Symphony was exactly that. We ordered a meat and cheese tray and they did not disappoint. The tray was generous and of excellent quality. A garlic boursin, Brie, toasted sesame crackers, prosciutto wrapped cheese and more. Delicious! Highly recommend HCC

Such great wines and even greater owners! We came here with 13 women on a girls trip. They accommodated our craziness with ease and style. The wine was really good.. ..the sangria was even better! They went to the back and whipped us fresh batches up to take home. They are expanding their sitting area on the outside too! I cant wait to get back to Bandera and go visit them again!!

My wife and I enjoyed our first anniversary here. The owner and barker, Shannon, was so very helpful and friendly. This woman knows here wines. The house brand was very tasty and reasonable in price. I would definitely recommend that you stop by and sit a spell and enjoy a fine glass of vino.
