They do not respond to emails. They tell you something is included then they try to put it on the bill. They have yet to get us our touch up kit. We still have not heard from them about a hole in our vent pipe. When they did cut the face of some cabinets too short which left a gap, they tried to get us to split the cost for new cabinets. We were very nice and let them put a trim on instead.

I've had two kitchens made by Paradise Kitchens and also the cabinetry in many bathrooms. My experience had been that the cabinetry is beautiful, but the installation is not the best.
Most recently, I was opening a glass-front upper kitchen cabinet and it literally fell off in my hand - it was hanging by the lower hinge. My kitchen is less than 3 yrs. old.
In another area of the house, the wood paneling and trim around a bar area fell off - apparently not glued properly.
These were the main issues, but there's also knobs falling off of cabinet doors. Since it's not easy getting them to come
