After moving to Lancaster, PA, Mark decided to build his own remodeling company that focused on kitchen cabinet refacing. Shortly thereafter, he created relationships with local Amish craftsmen and began to expand his business into a full-service design and remodeling company with a focus on custom woodwork.

We initially met Mark Black (Owner) at the 2018 Philadelphia Home Show. We were planning a media room and basically interviewed potential contractors. To this day, I am sorry we did not choose Aston Black for that project.
When we decided to move forward with our kitchen renovation, we were able to hone down our final choices to Mr. Black and Gardner/Fox. We had both out to the house for an initial consult.
What stood out from the very beginning was the attention to detail and the fact that Aston Black was willing to take preliminary measurements

Aston Black gave me a new kitchen five years ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. The beauty, functionality, and design exceeded my expectations. The workmanship and durability also have exceeded my expectations. This is, no doubt, the best reconstruction project we have ever undertaken. I wholeheartedly recommend Aston Black.
