The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Not just out to make a quick sale. They will actually sit there with you. They ask you questions about what you are doing and type of projects you are working on when it comes to the sewing machine or embroidering machine. They will actually set you up and let you try out one of the demo models they have on the floor.
I haven't really dealt with the vacuum end of Ray's.
Just the sewing machines.
If you are looking for a great machine. I highly recommend going to Ray's...and not waste your time going anywhere else.

Stopped in today with my Brother embroidery machine. Rosemary was knowledgable and friendly and got my machine fixed quickly. She also shared with me some valuable tips that to make my machine more efficient and save me time and headaches. If you need repairs, call these folks first! Highly recommend this business. First time here. Had a sewing machine that. needed to be looked at so I dropped it off. They got to look at it a lot quicker. My wife came to the store later in the week. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. My wife bought a new sewing machine with something for the trade in.

I went in with either the expectation of getting my machine fixed or getting a new machine. after much show of the most expensive machine of 400$ and would give me a trade in of 25$ on the said expensive machine. He was really polite, but now his demeener has changed and has become rude since i have told him we are waiting on my husbands unemployment to instead fix the machine for 90$. Now he's informed me he's not doing any work to put some parts back together until i come in person to pay a deposit. I'm not sure why the customer service tanked, but no one has time for this. Look elsewhere. The

My first visit to Ray’s today. He repaired my sewing machine. Great customer service and everyone was so polite and helpful. I recommend them to service sewing machines, purchase parts or purchase a new machine. They have some beautiful sewing & embroidery machines and I could tell the customer service would be excellent if you purchase one. Thank you David and all the staff.
