Their friendly and helpful staff answered my questions without any pressure to buy. They offered discounts I hadn’t asked for and continue to reach out with support and information. I decided to buy from them because they are a small family business and repair the machines they sell. Their fabric selection is small but high quality. I’m very satisfied with my new sewing machine and glad I purchased from Marietta’s. I highly recommend them.

What a lovely store! My husband and I were traveling and he saw the billboard on freeway and asked if I wanted to stop in. Of course I did.
I was greeted by the nicest ladies. They gave me the help I needed. They did extensive research on a walking foot that I had been looking for. It was and older machine and I was happy to see the willingness to go beyond the normal.
then some very rude people came into the store asking where the quilts for sale were. The ladies explained that this was a quilt store. We sell fabric to make quilts. They were not happy and I felt a little rude to the ladies in

Generally Marietta's Quilt and Sew is a great place to visit and shop. The inventory is good and the people are friendly. We are there multiple time per month for something or another. We have attended classes and find them very educational. The only negative we have encountered is in the lack of communicating their policies regarding their customer rewards.

Walking in it looks like a tiny store but then realize it goes far back. The cottons are all to the right, in an arrangement that I couldn’t figure out. Had a wide variety of prints but missing a lot of current trending fabrics. The prices are fairly good, on the lower end. They have a cool display of vintage machines mixed in with the fabrics. The rest of the store is taken up with sewing machine demo space and sales floor, probably 2/3 of the shop. Sales ladies are nice but do not offer help or ask if you need any. Wasn’t until I was being rung up that I was actually acknowledged. Will go
