Travomint advertises FAKE flights - when you book with them, they then use your passenger information to re-book you on a real flight for around the same time. This is why you see so many complaints about them requesting additional information like copies of drivers licenses and/or flights getting changed last minute or customers having a difficult time receiving confirmations. Travomint essentially books flights on your behalf using their own payment method instead of the one you provided

This company refused to refund money for our flights to Europe which were cancelled during pandemic. They received reimbursement from the airline but still refused to reimburse us. They are unethical scammers. Do not use them! Would give them negative stars if possible.

Total fraud. Took my refund money from airline from cancelled pandemic flight and did not refund the money I paid them to the tune of $880. So they kept the airline refund and my money. I don't think the federal government's intention was to enrich the third party travel agent by requiring refunds during the pandemic. Total liars as they promised to refund numerous times and even gave me an email stating they would. Now they do not take phone calls, give fake phone numbers to call back and do not return any call they promised to - no return of email either. Pursuing government agency complaints

I wouldn't book through this service ever again. The deal was literally too good to be true. I booked and within an hour they had called to tell me that the fare changed and it would be another $40. I was hesitant to commit, but it was still a good deal so I okay'd the additional charge. I received a confirmation number for my flight. I checked it against the airlines website and my flight booking was there. Then 24 hours later they emailed me saying that my credit card was declined and my booking was canceled. This was a shock to me as I am in good standing with my credit card company. I checked

I booked tickets to Morocco. they sent me an email confirmation, three days later an email showed on my inbox from travomint " trip has been cancelled". i called and the agent was very rude, as he asked which airlines you booked with, and i said Delta( which is a great company), he said call them and hang up on me!! so i called back again and asked why they cancelled my flight after I had already made plans and arrangements? they offered a different itinerary with 3x the initial price, when i asked to speak with a supervisor; this second agent hang up on me too!! Wow. What a scam. Indicated I would be getting upgraded seats (hence the increased cost) and seat assignments on a very expensive flight. Finally tracked down the actual flight with the airline and was told that there were no seat assignments and that the seats were all basic. Tried numerous times to get resolution through Travomint with no success, kept escalating me to a supervisor, which resulted in a "this call cannot be completed as dialed". Clearly a fraudulent business, go book elsewhere.

Absolute scam! I booked tickets for myself and my two children via Travomint and I was so excited to get a good deal with good dates after New Years. They called me a few days after I hooked and said they were cancelling the flight because the price had changed. Who the heck does that?! They said I had to pay 3k extra to keep the dates that I originally booked. They ended up cancelling my flights and have not give me the refund yet. On top of that I had made all my travel plans after booking this ticket with them for a United Airline flight. I feel stupid for ever booking with them, I can say they

This company is a scam. I booked tickets to La and they called and cancelled my flight after I had already made plans and arrangements. It's the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with not to mention I still haven't gotten the money back for the "cancelled" flights. I will be speaking to a lawyer to sue for damages caused by this cancelled flight which was Travomints fault. They booked a flight which was not even available by the airline. They called and wanted me to pay 3k extra to keep my flights!! Don't ever deal with them or they might scam you too

Travomint hadn't mentioned ANY of this: in my inbox they had sent a 'Booking confirmed' email, and they even had me sign and scan some documents to confirm my payment information, which they then positively confirmed per email.
Worse, when I called them from JFK, the customer service agent did nothing and just told me that the booking had been cancelled, and falsely stated that I received an email about this.
Because of this
