Unprofessional and petty! They used us to get a estimate on a delivery truck brake repair. We explained in detail that we charge a minimum to come out and diagnose trucks and do estimates. The charges were agreed to before sending a tech to the location. We did what was asked of us and presented the estimate to them. They refused service stating that the price was to high. As a business person that's not a issue we only asked that we be paid for our minimum charges. This is where the BS started. The owner refused to pay his bill stating that he doesn't want to, he should get free service because

We contacted Fun Times for a church event early 2020 prior to Covid. The church event was then rescheduled a year and four months later, and Fun Times still honored our down payment, which was unexpected. The company was exceptional to deal with, responsive and very fairly priced. We rented the Purple Palms water slide, the 40ft dual lane Slip n' Slide, and a Snow Cone machine. Setup and take-down were on a Sunday for our event, and they were very accomodating to our setup needs. All the kids were enjoyed both slides, and the church event was very successful. We will definitely rent again from

We contacted Fun Times Bounce House for a baby shower. Although I was a little apprehensive about renting equipment during a pandemic, Fun Times Bounce House made the process seamless. We received clean equipment in a timely manner. Each team member was professional, courteous, and attentive. I would highly recommend Fun Times Bounce House!

I have rented from here on several occasions and I must say the level of professionalism is unmatched! Not to mention the fast and courteous services delivered by the staff and owner is great when you are running behind on your own party planning duties.
