Flowers are beautiful, but there computer was having problems which took extra time to check out and it took approximately 30 minutes to get my flowers prepared. I was disappointed in the service.

They sent me flowers that was wilted, had brown spots and the paddles were missing in the flowers. They did send a new one, which was nice, but sending dying flowers is unacceptable. I will not be buying any more flowers from flowers.com.

Horrible is all I can say. Ordered a set of lovely lavender medley flowers online and what I got delivered was not close to that. The flowers were half dead. I called customer service and asked them to deliver me the right flowers. The second set of flowers were not only also not close to what I ordered, but were even worse than the first. Delivery service was good, but the flower arrangements no. I am very disappointed and irritated and would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered flowers from 1800 Flowers. Sadly what was delivered looked nothing like the the arrangement I ordered online. My wife called the location and was told that they are allowed to substitute if they do not have the flowers in stock. This arrangement was over $100.00 and they look exactly like the flowers sold in grocery stores for $29.00.

Received flowers from my best friend on my Birthday from 1800 Flowers Clark. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. The flowers are still beautiful 2 weeks later. I don’t usually receive such beautiful flowers from online orders but this arrangement was spectacular!

I was in Colorado and I ordered same day delivery for my aunt's birthday totally forgetting about the time difference. My aunt received the flowers in a flash...it must''ve been an hour and half when I got her phone call that she got them and how beautiful they were! I ordered the small birthday cake flowers and she said everyone in the office loved them and I was home a week later and the flowers were still perfect!
