SAVE YOUR MONEY And go to a different law firm. Or ensure you get a lawyer other than Mr. Heckart. I Contacted king law firm and met with Mr. Kevin E heckart a year ago for a child support case . When he spoke he made it seem as if we had a smooth case going in but suggested we extended the court day for an extra month but I felt confident walking out of his office with the way he said he would handle the case . Since then my child support case has not been resolved even tho he was paid the full amount on the first meeting, it had been extended on every court day since " due to him and

Do not hire this firm. Inexperienced lawyers who dont care or return your calls or messages. They kept switching my lawyer to where i had three different attorneies in 6 months. I ended up firing them and going with a different lawyer. Did not get money back. Huge waste of time and money and they messed up my paperwork so bad that it cost me time with my kids and more money to get it fixed.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the outcome of his disability claim. The legal assistant who also helped us, named Amanda McGregor seemed to become like family over the course of time of having to fill out forms and answer questions. It seemed so good to be dealing with people who actually acted like they cared! I referred this firm to a good friend of mine who was in serious need of help. They also were successful in helping her. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing help.

Don’t be fooled by the nice talk. They told me 5,000.00. To fix the sorry work of another attorney. That filed the wrong paperwork and speak for me and my daughter. But to my surprise the must have been working for my ex-husband. She would not ask for more time only having my paperwork for 4 day. There was a holiday in all that. She did not file the contempt charges on my ex-husband for child custody. Nor did she look into that my documents where falsified. I ask there Secerity 3 times before saying yes. To make sure they can’t say they don’t understand. I have over 5 years worth of documents

Everything! No call back or return calls. I called the after 2+ years with them, to tell them my Dr left. they thought I was calling about the bad news. what bad news? they dropped me after 2+ years and told me to find a different lawyer. luckily the judge gave me another extension as King did one cuz it didn't work withthe lawyer. then they drop me one month before my hearing! I will not recommend them, and they need to take me off their email list.thats the most contact I have with them.

After retaining this law firm.
They failed to act on my request.
They failed to file actions I requested. They lied to me about what they were doing. They showed no care for my need. It,appeared to me they wanted to wait and do nothing but agree with the defendant. My feelings are an attorney should fight for their client.
They did not represent my interest.
I would never refer anyone to this firm..
