Penny Chin, CID, ASID, is a licensed general contractor and principal of Elements In Design. As both a designer and contractor, Penny facilitates and manages all of her projects. Elements In Design offers project leadership with architects, structural engineers, and additional industry professionals.
Elements In Design specializes in kitchen design, kitchen remodeling, bath design, bathroom remodeling, and interior remodeling. Working with the client to rebalance and repurpose cherished treasures by combining them with new items will accomplish a fresh look with a personal touch. Penny believes in hands-on customer service.
In a kitchen remodel project, maximizing function, planning beautiful cabinetry with customized storage, creating strategically placed work surfaces, and planning effective lighting schemes are as essential as breathtaking visual appeal. In a bathroom remodel, going from blah to BEAUTIFUL is quite amazing!

This is the second time I worked with Penny and her extraordinary team.
The first time she rehabilitated my townhouse from a flood that happened upstairs to downstairs.
This last project was a fireplace remodel.
Penny makes things happen. You can tell she truly loves what she does and is motivated to help her customers make projects happen in a quick, timely manner. She is professional, responsive and hands on in all her projects.
